Within the scope of its real estate brokerage activity, MEDIVOUGA - Imobiliária processes the personal data of owners, buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, potential clients, and other parties involved in real estate transactions.

• Presentation of properties compatible with the criteria defined by the interested party;
• Organization and execution of property visits;
• Presentation and monitoring of proposals;
• Conclusion and execution of real estate brokerage contracts;
• Promotion and completion of property purchase, sale, or lease transactions;
• Compliance with legal, regulatory, fiscal obligations, and the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing;

HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
7.1. Your personal data is kept secure through the adoption of various technical and organizational security measures that ensure that only Employees who need to access the personal data have access to it, according to rules created for this purpose.
7.2. To protect your personal data, we only use data center providers that offer us adequate and documented security measures, namely guarantees that your personal data is stored on servers maintained in controlled environments with limited access.
7.3. The personal data is kept on secure servers with PORTUGAL TELECOM DATA CENTER, S.A, NIPC 510.030.785, with registered office at Rua Data Center 6200-065 Covilhã, which offers us adequate security guarantees to protect personal data against dissemination, loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized processing or access, as well as against any other form of unlawful processing.
7.4. Likewise, when you browse the WEBSITE, we protect your data with encryption, such as Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS), which is an internet protocol aimed at conducting communication between devices and servers worldwide. The HTTPS protocol emerged as an evolution of its predecessor, HTTP, the difference between them being that HTTPS features encrypted communication between devices.

WHEN DO WE COMMUNICATE DATA TO THIRD PARTIES?

MEDIVOUGA - Imobiliária may rely on third parties for the provision of certain services regarding maintenance, technical support, marketing, invoicing, or payment management, and these third parties may have access to some of the personal data, namely the data required for the contracted purposes.
9.2. MEDIVOUGA - Imobiliária ensures that the entities that have access to the data are credible and offer high protection guarantees, and data will never be transmitted to them beyond what is necessary to provide the contracted service; however, MEDIVOUGA - Imobiliária remains responsible for the personal data provided.
9.3. MEDIVOUGA - Imobiliária may also transmit data to third parties within the scope of investigations, inquiries, and judicial and/or administrative proceedings or of a similar nature, provided that it is duly ordered to do so by a court order to that effect.

10.1. The WEBSITE may contain links to other websites which may collect and process your personal data, and this processing is the exclusive responsibility of the owners of those websites, with MEDIVOUGA - Imobiliária bearing no responsibility for their policies and/or practices.

DATA TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION.
11.1. Should data transfers occur to third countries that do not belong to the European Union, MEDIVOUGA - Imobiliária will comply with the legal rules, namely regarding the adequacy of the destination country with respect to the protection of personal data and the requirements applicable to these transfers, and personal data will not be transferred to jurisdictions that do not offer safety and protection guarantees.

MINORS.
12.1. The WEBSITE is not directed at minors under 16 years of age, so we request that these minors do not provide us with personal data through the WEBSITE, application, social networks, social media, or emails.

SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA.
